I have a question about CBT or changing my behavior for the Support Team

Please note that our Support Team does not offer psychological counseling or any questions that deal with brand-name pharmaceutical (prescription or “Rx”) or over-the-counter (OTC) drugs.

If you are experiencing some side-effects from an Rx or OTC product, please contact your local emergency department, poison control center, doctor, therapist or local hospital.

I forgot my password / my password won't work?


  1. When users register with our programs we send them an email that contains their password. Please refer to that email to confirm your password.
  2. Click here to enter your email address and to retrieve your password.
  3. If you get this message: "Sorry, we don't recognize that email address. Please enter the email address that you used when you registered with the program." or "Sorry, you did not enter a valid password."
    • Make sure that you enter your email address and password correctly.
    • You may have updated or changed your email address and/or password in your Personal Preferences. If so, you must use the updated email address and/or password.
    • If you're sure that you've entered your email address and password correctly, but you still get an error message, then the email address or password that you typed in is not in our database and you will have to start over and re-register with the program.
  4. If you're getting a message that says that we have sent your password to your email address and you do not receive the email, check your email program safe list or virus protection program to make sure that this program is on your safe list.
  5. For reasons of Privacy our Support Team or Technical Team can not send you your email address and/or password. Please register for the program again.

I would like to report an error or technical problem

If you receive or detect an error while using our program on one of our tools, please report the error exactly as it appears in the space below. Remember, the more specific you are with feedback, the faster we'll be able to fix it!

If you are experiencing a technical problem, chances are that others are also experiencing the same problem. The more information that you can give our IT Team, the quicker we'll be able to help you.

Example of vague feedback: "My Instant Messenger doesn't work" (it is difficult for us to know how we can assist you).

Example of very helpful feedback: "I'm using Windows 98 on a broadband connection, when i clicked on one of my buddies in the buddy list (John Smith) I received a popup window error with a following error: "JIT Compilor error, SSCServer.AudioBlaster".
